RETURNS: If, after seeking tech support , we still can't get the product to work with your system or to function the way we promised in our ads, you'll be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for returning the product for refund. RMA's can only be issued within the first 30 days after sale. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item please call for an RMA. We can not be responsible, nor will we accept, products returned without RMA numbers.
